1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern your use of the VVStreamer website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and be at least the minimum age permitted by your jurisdiction. One account per person unless agreed otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, harassing, pornographic outside applicable law, or that breaches someone’s rights. Automated scraping and abuse of the API are prohibited.

4. Your content and the licence you grant

You keep ownership of the content you upload. By uploading you grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and publicly display that content in order to operate the service, and you confirm you have the rights to grant it.

5. Moderation and removal

The operator may remove content that violates these terms and may suspend or terminate accounts as needed to keep the platform safe and legal. Content that you delete is removed from the platform.

6. Privacy

Our processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

7. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law the operator gives no warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or business interruption.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, in which case we will give you notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers enjoy the mandatory protections of their place of residence.
